Recently, I have stumbled upon a much less expensive but yet very powerful smoothie made without the use of almond milk or any of the more expensive milks.

Instead of using almonds, you can make your smoothie using sesame seeds with bananas, which still maintains a creamy and smooth texture, similar to that of almond milk.
