Apple Cabbage Slaw

Whether on a plate or in a bowl, it doesn’t matter, just please hand me my salad.

Ingredients
1 Cup thinly slice purple cabbage
1 Cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 Apple
1stalk scallion
¼ Orange bell pepper
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
Small handful fresh cilantro
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 ½  Tablespoons agave or honey
2 Tablespoons lime
Dash of cayenne pepper
Sea salt to taste
Method
  1. Slice purple cabbage into very thin slices, and chop lettuce into fine strips. And add it to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Slice orange bell pepper into thin slices and add it to the bowl along with chop scallion.
  3.  Finely chop a small handful of cilantro and add it to the salad mix.
  4. Cut the apple into thin French fries-stick pieces and add it to the salad.
  5. For the dressing, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a jar or a bowl. Add the agave, lime juice, salt, pepper to the oil.
  6. Put the lid on and shake the dressing until the oil and other liquids are mixed well.
  7. Drizzle over the salad and toss well until everything is coated in the dressing.
