Beans and Zucchini Pasta
Ingredients

For the Beans
1 ½ Cups cooked beans of your choice
¾ Plum tomato diced
½ teaspoon allspice
½ Opinion sliced
¼ Teaspoon turmeric
1 sprig thyme
1 Stalk scallion
1 Teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon basil
2 Teaspoons agave
Dash of sea salt
Water

For the Zucchini Pasta
4 Zucchinis
1 Teaspoon oregano
1 Teaspoon cilantro
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Dash of sea salt

Method

For the Beans

  1. In a pot, add oil and all seasonings, let simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add beans and cook for another 20 minutes, add water periodically as needed while cooking.

For the Zucchini Pasta

  1. Use zucchini pasta maker to shred zucchini
  2. In a pot, add oil and the other ingredients and let simmer for about 2 minutes. Don’t cook for long, zucchini will become soft.
