Coconut Avocado Chocolate Pie

No bake (except crust), no hassle healthy pie. We really love this avocado, coconut milk and cacao combination.

Ingredients
Crust
2½ Cups spelt flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
¼ Cup agave syrup
4 to 6 Tablespoons ice water
Filling
1 Cup coconut milk
2 Ripe avocados, peeled
1 Tablespoon sea moss (optional)
¼ Cup cacao
¼ Cup coconut oil
½ Cup agave
Pinch of sea salt
Method
Crust
  1. Combine all you ingredients in a bowl and knead to form dough, set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Use a rolling pin to roll out the bottom dough to about ¼ inches thick and the top dough half the size of the bottom dough.
  3. Place the ¼ inches dough in a pie dish.
  4. Put in a pre heated oven at 425 degrees F and bake for 40-45 minutes, set aside to cool.
Filling
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Pour in pie crust and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until filling hardens.
