Curried Lentils Bread Fruit
Ingredients
Lentils
2 Cups lentils (already cooked/slightly soft)
½ Chopped onion
½ Teaspoon turmeric
¼ 1 Stalk scallion
1 Plum tomato (diced)
Dash of salt
1 Sprig of thyme
½ Teaspoon cilantro
¼ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ Teaspoon parsley
1 Tablespoon oil
Bread fruit
½ Bread fruit (cut in slices)
Dash of salt
¼ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ Teaspoon onion powder
Method
Curried Lentils
  1. In skillet, add oil with all the herbs and spices and sauté for about 5 minutes, add water if necessary.
  2. Add lentils, mix well and cook for another 20 minutes

Bread fruit
In boiling water combine all ingredients and cook for about 20 minutes or until bread fruit slices are tender.
