Fried Mushroom Wild Rice
Ingredients
4 cups mushrooms sliced in trunks
1 cup spelt flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon paprika powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Olive oil for frying
Wild Rice
Method
1 In a bowl add flour, salt and cayenne pepper use a wooden spoon to combine ingredients.
2 Add almond milk to dry ingredients and mix.
3 Heat olive oil in a deep pot.
4 Dip mushrooms in mixture then put mushrooms in hot oil repeat the process until mushrooms are finish and fry until golden brown for about 5 minutes.
