Bet on guavas every time, you just can’t go wrong with it, not with the taste that it brings. And let’s not forget about its powerful mineral content. Usually, we make our guava drinks with lime. This time, we tried it with milk, and it was great. Give it a try; nothing to lose, everything to gain.
2 Tablespoons sea moss (gel)
1 ½ Cup walnut milk (homemade)
Pinch of cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Pinch of Anise
Sweeten with agave (or any other natural sweetener) to taste
- Blend guavas first, strain to remove seeds. Discard seeds.
- Combine everything together, blend until smooth. Enjoy.
