Kale Quinoa and Squash

Kale <a href=quinoa and Squash" title="Kale quinoa and Squash" />
1 Cup cooked quinoa
1 Cup kale chopped
1 Yellow squash
¼ Onion chopped
¼ Teaspoons cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon olive oil
  1. Add oil, onion, squash, cayenne pepper and salt in a pot and sauté for 5 minutes (cover pot) on low heat.
  2. Add kale and quinoa and mix together.
