- Soak kamut overnight in about 2 cups of water
- Cook the kamut a little, about 10 minutes and let cool
- Blend kamut with the same water you used to cook it. If you want if smooth, blend in small portions.
- Blend hempseeds separately first, so it forms milk
- Add all the other ingredients except agave and blend for a few seconds
- Cook mixture on medium heat for 20 minutes (stir continuously to avoid lumps), sweeten and enjoy.
