Small-handful of Sea Moss, about 0.5 to 1 once (0.5 once is about a week supply).
Soak Sea Moss in water for about 15 minutes.
Throw off first water, add some more and rinse. In strainer, rinse Sea Moss under running water.
In a pot, add enough water to barely cover Sea Moss, about 3 ½ cups for every ounce of Sea Moss. Cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
After Sea Moss reaches room temperature, blend.
Pour blended Sea Moss in a container and refrigerate (forms a gel).
Add a teaspoon (or desired amount) of Sea Moss to your shakes, smoothies, tea, pastries or anything of your choice.
