Spelt Crackers

There are many things you can have with your crackers. In the picture above is a sandwich with tomatoes, hummus and baby spinach. You can also have it with almond butter and jelly.

Ingredients
1½ Cups spelt flour
1 Teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Teaspoon baking powder
¼ Cup water
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spelt flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. Stir in coconut oil and water, and mix until dough is combined.
  4. Roll dough on a floured surface with a floured rolling pin until it is 1/8-1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut dough in the shape of your choice, and put on your parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
