Steamed Kale with Okra

4 cups chopped kale
1 red onion chopped
½ cup sliced okra
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 red pepper
2 plum tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon cilantro
½ teaspoon basil leaves
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon parsley
Cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste
1 Heat oil add all vegetables except kale and sauté for 5 minutes.
2 Add kale and combine with vegetable mixture.
3 Add herbs and spice and steam until okra and kale is tender.
