Tomato Soup
Ingredients
4 plum tomatoes (blend)
5 cups water
1 cho-cho sliced
2 tablespoon coconut cream
12 okras
1 sprig of thyme
1 stalk of scallion chopped
1 cup chopped kale
½ cup dandelion chopped
1 teaspoon cilantro
¼ red onion
1 teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon Sea salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
1 Boil water add blend tomatoes and salt.
2 Add cho-cho cook for 15 minutes.
3 Add the remaining vegetables and continue cooking.
4 Add coconut cream along with herbs and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
