Almond Cheese

Almond Cheese
1 cup almonds
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon tahini
1. Soak almonds for 12 hours in water. Drain and peel off skin.
2. Place almonds in a blend or food processor and blend until smooth (add fresh water for blending).
3. Place almond mix in a cheese cloth and squeeze out any excessive liquid.
4. Allow mixture to set for another 10 hours.
5. Combine all ingredients together and mix then place in refrigerator until chilled.
5. Cheese is ready to be eating at this point.
