Black Rice Porridge

Black Rice Porridge
2 Cups cooked black rice
2 Cups milk (non dairy, we used homemade almond milk, slightly grainy)
1 Cup water
¾ Teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Teaspoon seamoss (optional)
Salt to taste
Sweeten to taste with any natural sweetener.
1. Combine rice, milk, water, cinnamon and salt together in a pot and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add vanilla and cook for another 10 minutes, then add sweetener.
3. Cook for 5 more minutes and you are done.
Note: add more milk or water to fit your preferred thickness/texture
