Blueberry Cake
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups spelt flour
¼ cup agave syrup
1½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup olive oil
1 cup fresh blueberry
1 cup almond milk
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2 In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
3 Add oil, milk agave and vanilla mix until flour is moistened and smooth.
4 Add blueberry and gentle fold them into the batter with a scapular
5 Pour batter into prepared container.
6Bake cake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean 45 to 55 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
