Blueberry Crepe
½ cup almond milk
½ cup water
¼ cup olive oil
½ tablespoons agave syrup
1½ cup spelt flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup blueberries blend
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 In a large mixing bowl, mix almond milk, water, oil, agave syrup, flour, and salt.
2 Lightly grease a non stick frying pot. Heat the pan until hot. Pour enough of your mixture to cover you pan bottom. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook the other side
1 Put all your ingredients in a pot and stir until a thick paste is formed.
2 Let it cool, spread blueberry filling unto each crepe then roll it and your done.
