Bread Pudding With Walnuts
8 cups spelt bread cubes
½ cup finely chopped walnut
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
3 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon olive oil
5 tablespoons agave syrup
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Spread bread cubes and walnut together in baking container.
3 Add all the rest of your ingredients to almond milk and mix well (until dissolved).
4 Pour milk mixture over bread cubes and walnut in baking container and set aside to soak for 7-10. minutes then put in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
