Coconut Almond Bars

Coconut Almond Bars
1 Cup spelt flour
1 Cup coconut unsweetened flakes
½ Cup chopped almonds
½ Cup almond butter
½ Tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
½ Cup coconut palm sugar
1 Cup of almond milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degree.
  2. Combine all ingredients together except chopped almonds. Mix well and pour in a square baking container.
  3. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top
  4. Bake for 45 minutes
