1 ½ Cup coconut milk (homemade, always)
1 Ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1 Tablespoons sea moss (gel)
¼ Teaspoon vanilla
Sweeten to taste (with natural any sweetener)
  1. Combine everything and blend until smooth
