½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup coconut unsweetened flakes
1 cup chopped prune
½ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 ½ tablespoons agave syrup
4 tablespoons water
½ cup chopped walnut (for topping)
1 In a bowl add flour, coconut flakes and salt, and combine well.
2 Add prune to your dry ingredients and pour olive oil, vanilla, agave syrup and water and mix until its well combine.
3 Spoon mixture on to a greased cookie sheet and sprinkle walnut on to the tops, bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
