Fruits And Nuts Energy Bar
1½ cup date
½ cup chopped almond
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup dried cherry
1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2 Blend dates and then put in a baking container.
3 Heat blended dates at 300 degrees F for 4 minutes.
4 Add sliced almonds, sesame seeds and dried cherry to dates and heat for 4 minutes.
5 Remove from oven, mix together then form into squares, rectangle or cylindrical shapes and put to harden in refrigerator (about 2 hours).
