Granola Nut Bar

Granola Nut Bar
11 Dates
¼ Cup Sunflower seeds (for men, pumpkin seeds are recommended instead…)
¼ Cup Spelt oats
¼ Cup Raisin
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1. In a food processor, blend dates into very small pieces
2. Combine all ingredients together and use hand to blend into a cluster
3. Place in a square baking container (grease to prevent sticking) and use hand to mold until cluster is flat and firm
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Let cool and then use knife to cut bar size slices
