Green Banana Pudding

Green Banana Pudding
6 green bananas
1 ½ Cup Spelt Flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup agave syrup
2 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons vegan butter
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Blend green bananas.
3 In a bowl add coconut milk, agave syrup and spices, mix until dissolved.
4 Add blend banana and flour to liquid mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
5 Pour mixture in a baking container and bake in oven for 45-50 minutes.
