Kale Quinoa and Squash

Kale Quinoa and Squash
1 Cup cooked quinoa
1 Cup kale chopped
1 Yellow squash
¼ Onion chopped
¼ Teaspoons cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon olive oil
  1. Add oil, onion, squash, cayenne pepper and salt in a pot and sauté for 5 minutes (cover pot) on low heat.
  2. Add kale and quinoaand mix together.
