Kamut Porridge (Oatmeal substitute)

1 ½ Cup of Kamut grain
2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
2 Tablespoons sea moss (gel)
¼ Teaspoon nutmeg
¼ Teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla
4-5 Cups water (dependent on choice of thickness)
Pinch of salt
Agave (or any natural sweetener)

  1. Soak kamut overnight in about 2 cups of water
  2. Cook the kamut a little, about 10 minutes and let cool
  3. Blend kamut with the same water you used to cook it. If you want if smooth, blend in small portions.
  4. Blend hempseeds separately first, so it forms milk
  5. Add all the other ingredients except agave and blend for a few seconds
  6. Cook mixture on medium heat for 20 minutes (stir continuously to avoid lumps), sweeten and enjoy.
