Mango Almond Porridge

Mango Almond Porridge
1 medium size mango
1 cup almond nuts
2 cup coconut milk
1½ cups water
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Agave syrup to sweeten
1 Blend almond nuts, cinnamon and mango with coconut milk, blend until smooth.
2 Pour in a pot with water and boil for 15 minutes.
3 Add vanilla and salt cook for a next 20 minutes.
4 Add agave syrup and sweeten to taste.
