Okra in Coconut Milk
2 Cups okra (slices)
1 ½ Cup coconut milk
¼ Onion (diced)
1 Stalk scallion (chopped)
1 Sprig of thyme
1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
½ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Plum tomato (diced)
Sea salt
1. Add all ingredients (except okra) in pot and cook for 10 minutes
2. Add okra and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Thicken mix by adding little flour (about 1 teaspoon) and cook for another 5 minutes
