Pear Ginger Cake
2 ½ cups spelt flour
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 pears peel and thinly slice
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon ground glove
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup agave
1 cup warm almond milk
1 Heat oven to 350 degree, Coat a round cake container with cooking spray;
2 Arrange pears in bottom of pan in a circular pattern.
3 Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, glove and salt in a large mixing bowl.
4 Add milk, oil, and agave and combine with flour mixture, mix until smooth and well blended.
5 Pour batter over pears in baking container.
6 Arrange remaining pears on the top of your batter mixture in a circular pattern
7 Bake for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
8 Cool in pan for 30 minutes and remove from pan and serve.
