Pumpkin Bread
1 cup pumpkin puree (We used homemade)
½ cup agave syrup
½ cup almond milk
½ cup olive oil
2 cups spelt flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon clove
1 Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine pumpkin, agave, milk, and oil. Beat together until mixed well.
2 In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
3 Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients beating until smooth.
4 Grease pans and pour in better, Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
