Quinoa and Avocado Salads
1 Romaine heart chopped
1 Hass avocado sliced
1 ½ Cup cooked quinoa
1 Cup sliced grape tomatoes
½ Jalapeño pepper sliced
Few slices of purple onion
2 Key limes (juice)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Teaspoon agave
Dash of sea salt
In a bowl, combine everything and gentle stir until all ingredients are well blended together.
