Unlike Melanin caffeine is a bad alkaloid but having similar structure, makes it even a more vicious enemy for Melaninated people. Once caffeine gets into the blood and binds with Melanin it is very hard to remove, which makes its effects longer and more vicious.


Soy is one the most common and dangerous product used as a substitute for meat and dairy. In men soy causes an over production of estrogen which is a female dominant hormone. Research has showed that soy is accounted for breast cancer in woman and prostate cancer in men. Soy also contains phytic acid, which prevents the uptake of vital minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, and zinc. Men that feed on soy products often experience major growth of their chest (breast) and also shrinkage of their penis. Soy has very high levels of goitrogens, which suppresses the function of the thyroid gland.
