Sea Moss Pudding

Seamoss Pudding
1 Cup washed seamoss
½ Cup water
1½ Cup full cream almond milk (I made my own)
4 Tablespoon agave
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
1 Cook seamoss with half cup water for about 15 minutes until it start to disintegrate on very low heat.
2 Pour in blender while still hot add milk, agave, vanilla and a pinch of salt; blend until its smooth.
3 Pour warm pudding mixture in small container; put in refrigerator to set.
NB; perfect for baby food and you can also add any fruit of your choice.
