Spelt Oats Cereal/Porridge
1 cup spelt oats
2 cups almond milk
2 cups water
1 teaspoon cooked seamoss
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
1 In a blender, blend spelt oats, seamoss, cinnamon, almond milk and water for about 10 minutes.
2 Add salt and vanilla, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes (stir occasionally to prevent lumping), sweeten to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
