Strawberry Layered Cake
2 cups almond milk
¼ cup agave syrup
½ cup olive oil
¾ teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups spelt flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup dry strawberries blend
4 tablespoons water
1/3 teaspoon line juice
3 tablespoons agave syrup
1 Preheat oven at 350 degrees F and lightly grease cake pan.
2 In a bowl add all your dry ingredients and combine.
3 Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and use a wooden spoon to combine wet and dry ingredients and try not to over mix.
4 Divide mixture evenly in two portions. Pour one portion of your mixture in your prepared pan for the bottom layer.
1 Put all your ingredients in a pot and stir until a thick paste is formed.
2 Use a spatula to spread filling on the top of your bottom layer gently.
3 Put the remaining mixture on the top of filling and bake for 40-45 minutes.
