Supreme Seamoss Pudding
1 cup sea moss
½ cup kamut flour
¼ cup agave syrup
¾ cup almond milk
¼ cup chopped walnut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon olive
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon lime juice
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a bowl add milk, salt, agave syrup and spices, mix until dissolved.
3 Add sea moss and flour to liquid mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
4Add oil, lime juice and walnut and continue stirring to form a smooth batter.
5 Pour mixture in a greased baking container and bake in oven for 45-50 minutes
