Sweet Popcorn
¼ Cup popping corn (purple corn)
¼ Cup tablespoon coconut palm sugar
1 Tablespoon Agave
1 Teaspoon oil
Pinch of sea salt
1 Heat oil in a medium size pot, add popping corn, cover pot and let pop for about 3 minutes or until corn stop popping.
2. In a separate pot at low heat, add coconut palm sugar, allow it to melt, then add Agave and add a pinch of salt.
3. Use a wooden spoon to stir sugar and agave mix together and continue to heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add popped corn and stir together until well coated with sugar mixture.
5. Let cool and serve.
