Tomato Sauce

Tomato Sauce
4 large plum tomatoes
1 small red pepper chopped
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon olive Sea salt and
ΒΌ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 wash tomatoes use a knife to make a mark on the top for easy removal of skin place in a pot of boiling water and boil until skin start peeling off.
2 remove from boiling water and place in ice water, when cool remove skin from tomatoes
3 blend tomatoes and red pepper until smooth
4 heat oil and add mixture to your mixture add bay leaves, onion powder, cilantro and ginger powder
5 leave to simmer for 10 minutes then add agave syrup, salt and cayenne pepper leave to simmer until thicken.
