Veggie Rice Wrap
¼ cup almond milk
1 cup water
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup spelt flour
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 teaspoon parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked black rice
½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 plum tomato diced

1 In a large mixing bowl, mix almond milk, water, cilantro, parsley, flour and salt.
2 Lightly grease a non stick frying pot. Heat the pot until hot. Pour enough of your mixture to cover pot bottom. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook the other side
3 In a bowl add cook rice, lettuce and tomato and combine
4 Put rice mixture onto your base and form a wrap serve with avocado dip.
4 Add cooked pasta and grape tomatoes and combine.
