Wild Rice in Herbs and Spices
1 cup wild rice
1 small red onion
2 tablespoons coconut cream
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
A pinch of rosemary
1 boil wild rice and remove from heat aside until kernel open.
2 Remove excessive water from rice and leaving little less than a cup of water to finish cook rice.
3 Add onion, coconut cream, salt, cayenne pepper and rosemary and cook until water dry and rice is tender.
