Zucchini Spaghetti

Zucchini Spaghetti
3 Zucchinis (yellow or green)
1 Tablespoon onion diced
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 Tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
1. With a Zucchini peeler (zucchini spaghetti maker), shred zucchinis.
2. Steam all ingredients, exempt oil, together on low heat for 5 minutes; add water if it gets dry.
3. Remove from heat stir in oil and you are done.
